Our History
Biocyte was founded in 2006, on the French Riviera, by Philippe Bruneau. Its founder drew on his experience in the food supplement sector to create the Biocyte brand. His thirst for innovation drove him to constantly seek the best in every ingredient, to provide beauty and well-being solutions that work from the inside out, tailored to the needs of each individual.
In 2009 he was joined by Frédéric Levy, a doctor in pharmacy and graduate of the prestigious ESCP Business School in Paris, and a former pharmaceutical industry executive, he was also a specialist in food supplements.

In 2016, the company celebrated its 10th anniversary. 10 years developing a singular and unique range of nutritional supplements, associated to a constant quest for innovation. The Biocyte brand has now become an established international benchmark in the world of nutritional supplements.

From the beginning, the aim was to make an impact, through nutrition in the fight against aging. A century ago, adding years to our lives was seen as an impossible dream. Today, however, the quest seems limitless.

Biocyte, a commitment to quality
As a major nutricosmetics player, Biocyte® has an extremely rigorous policy in terms of quality, safety and clinically proven efficacy. The formulation of its food supplements (containing vitamins and minerals, plants and other ingredients) is based on a principle of nutritional and physiological doses. As the 2002 European directive reminds us, food supplements are “foodstuffs” and are different from medicinal products, which aim to cure or treat a disease. Beauty awards
In 2015, for the 7th time, Biocyte won a prize in the 2015-2016 Victoires de la Beauté beauty awards for its Keratine forte serum product.

And for the first time in 2016, Biocyte received the top prize for its Collagen max product in the Avantages de la Beauté beauty awards handed out by French magazine Avantages!
